As an organisation we have worked with the NHS throughout the UK for over 28 years and have recently launched Patient Folders.
Our historic role through our RNS Publications brand has been providing relevant products and services that mainly support in-patient information, bereavement and end of life systems and have established a reputation of a trusted partner of the NHS.
Covid-19 has and will continue to make drastic changes to the way the NHS works and in conjunction with senior management within Hospitals, we are launching a new service that will help guide elderly patients when they are being discharged from Hospital.
At the core of this new service will be a tailored discharge pack, which elderly patients will be given to take home. These will be more effective than bedside folders as they will contain important discharge information for easy reference.
Leaving Hospital can be confusing at the best of times for most people and its key that having information to hand can help reduce stress and anxiety. For the elderly, this may result in having to return to a very different life at home or even a new place of care.
This means that there will no doubt be changes that will need to be made to their living arrangements and as a result these patients could benefit from being put in touch with service providers such as yourselves.
The packs and its leaflets can be provided at no cost to the NHS and to patients by using key and relevant sponsors or at a competitive cost subject to quantities. Whichever option the folders are designed and delivered to your exact requirement to fit with your patient facing identity.
